Financial Requisition | Leadership
This form should be completed if funds are needed for the completion of Encounter-related projects, events, trainings, etc.
Financial Requisition | Membership
This form should be completed if you would like to make a benevolence request. This form should also be completed if you have sown seeds to Encounter Church Atlanta and would like a copy of your annual contribution statement. All contribution statements reflect your giving for the previous calendar year and are sent upon request by January 31st of each year.
Media Project Request Form
This form should be completed if you'd like to request the Media Department's assistance with team trainings, projects, events, etc.
Promotional Marketing Request Form
This form should be completed if you'd like to request the Marketing Department's assistance with promotional and/or branded content for teams, projects, events, etc.
Event Planning Checklist Form
This form should be completed if you are preparing to host a ministry related event either on or off campus. This form should be submitted to your team administrator for review 30-45 days in advance. Please note that your event is not final until approved by Pastor Gabe.
Key Check-Out/In Form
This form should be completed if you are either signing in or signing out keys associated with Encounter Church Atlanta.
Uniform Design Request
This form should be completed if you'd like to request the Marketing Department's assistance with designing uniforms for teams, projects, events, etc.
Volunteer Interest Form
This form should be completed by those desiring to join a team at Encounter Church Atlanta.
Facility Maintenance Request Form
This form should be completed by anyone who has a maintenance request at Encounter Church Atlanta. This is inclusive of leaks, light bulb replacement, broken items, etc.
Background Check Request Form
This form should be completed by the Volunteer Coordinators when onboarding new interns for specific teams, and prior to the inter beginning their internship.
